Warden K. Karl Lund
Warden K. Karl Lund, died in his patrol vehicle near Napa on June 14, 1948 just off the Oakville-Dry Creek road West of Oakville. 38 years old. Lund was found in his patrol vehicle by his wife and brother. The key was in the ignition, the ignition was on and the gas tank was empty. Possible cause of death - carbon monoxide poisoning.
